Civil Engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment including works like bridges, roads, canals and buildings. The Department of Civil Engineering provides an educational, professional and intellectual experience that enables a diverse body of students, alumni, faculty and staff to contribute to society through teaching, research, practice and service. Civil Engineering branch has vast scope to get jobs in Central, State government’s and PSU’s like ESE, APPSC, RRB, IOCL, BPCL and HPCL etc.

    The Department of Civil Engineering was started in the year 2014 with an intake of 60 along with a lateral entry intake of 12. Department having spacious modern class rooms with all teaching aids and well-established laboratories with all facilities for research purpose. The Department has well qualified faculty members with different areas of specialisation with a good academic, field and research experience from reputed institutions like IITS, NITs and State Universities etc. Department always encourage students towards GATE, Workshops, Seminars and Project expos. Civil Students were placed in various MNCs like NYANZA ROAD WORKS Ltd (Tanzania), BPR INFRA Ltd, Tech Mahindra and INFOSYS etc..
