Sports are an integral part of building physical personality of any individual. They give us good exercise which in turn makes us physically strong and refreshed. Regular sporting activity increases our stamina and strength. Any sport, we play can keep us active and leads to our good Health. Playing games makes us mentally awake and increases our concentration power. These sports and games play very important role in increasing student's physical strength and mental balance.
Awards & Prizes:
Winning the prizes and awards in different sport meets has been a regular practice of Vignan’s Lara students. All the major games and sports are supervised by well trained and qualified physical director-Mr. K Chandra Sekhara Rao & his associates, because of which, our students have been winning prizes at different Zonal, State, National and JNTU-K Inter-University levels. Making students to practice thoroughly under professional supervision & providing expert guidance, allowing our students to reach greater heights in their sporting career.
